  • A sketchbook of 7 large Nishiki-e paintings that depict January event during the Edo period and 7 customs. This was created by prominent artist of bijin-ga (beautiful person picture) and Torii Kiyonaga (1752− 1815) in his prime years. The seventh scenery Akinahihashime describes the first selling of a new year in Eijudo store of ezoushiya (shop of picture books and wood prints), this collection’s publishing house. Letter of Eiju is printed on women’s obi (belt). This collection is the only surviving work housed in Japan. (rdf:langString) (en)
  • 大判錦絵7枚からなる画帖。江戸の正月の行事、風俗7景が描かれる。芝居絵、美人画の第一人者であった鳥居清長(1752−1815)の全盛期の作品。第7景「あきなひはしめ」は本書の版元である絵双紙屋永寿堂の店頭における初売り風景。女性の帯柄には「永寿」の文字がデザインされている。国内では当館が唯一の所蔵。 (rdf:langString) (ja)
