This is a collection of poems by Yi Hyeon-il (李玄逸, 1627 – 1704, penname Galam), a literary figure of the Joseon era. Cheongsimnu Pavilion (淸心樓) was a nugak that was located on a hill by the south side of the Han River and boasted the best scenery in Yeoju. It was used as lodgings for government officials but was destroyed by fire immediately after the independence of Korea. The view of the moon from Cheongsimnu is one of the eight natural sceneries of Yeoju. This book includes Chinese poems composed at Cheongsimnu.(en)
조선시대 문인 이현일(李玄逸, 1627-1704)의 시문집이다. 청심루(淸心樓)는 남한강 언덕에 있던 누각으로 여주의 으뜸가는 경치를 내려보았던 곳이다. 여주 관아의 객사(客舍)로 이용되었으나 광복직후 관사의 화재로 소실되었다. 여주팔경에는 청심루에서 바라보는 달빛이 포함되어 있다. 「갈암선생문집」에는 여주 청심루에 올라 감회가 일어 읊은 한시가 수록되어 있다.
