Collections of paintings by artists in the late Joseon. Wechang(葦滄) Oh, Sae-Chang(吳世昌, 1864-1953) compiled paintings of Gongjae(恭齋) Yun, Du-Seo(尹斗緖, 1668-1715); Kyomjae (謙齋) Jeong, Seon(鄭敾, 1676-1759); and Hyeonjae (玄齋) Sim, Sa-Jeong (沈師正, 1710-1760). It was named Samjaehwacheop (Picture Book of Three Jaes) in that these artists all had Jae(齋) in their pen names. There are 9 paintings, with 3 works of each artist.(en)
조선후기 화가인 공재(恭齋) 윤두서(尹斗緖, 1668-1715), 겸재(謙齋) 정선(鄭敾, 1676-1759), 현재(玄齋) 심사정(沈師正, 1710-1760)의 그림을 모아 위창(葦滄) 오세창(吳世昌, 1864-1953)이 편집한 화첩이다. 제목을 ‘삼재화첩’이라 한 것은 수록된 화가들의 아호(雅號)에 공통적으로 ‘재(齋)’가 들어 있어 ‘삼재(三齋)’라고 불린 데서 연유한 것이다. 화가별로 그림 3폭씩 총 9폭으로 구성되어 있다.
