“Jeong-jong-dae-wang-eo-pil-gan-cheob” is the collection of 39 letters that King Jeongjo (正祖, 1752-1800, in office 1776-1800) sent to Hong Bong Han(1713-1778), his grandfather on his mother’s side, while the king was still young. The letters are dated from June 3 of 1772 to December 27. There are 311 letters and 2 poems, and 15 king’s letters left from King Jeongjo to Hong Bong Han, and this letter collection is one part of them. This is a very important material to study the king’s political activity while he was Crown Prince, his way of writing, things he learned, and the relationship with his mother’s family.(en)
『정종대왕어필간첩(正宗大王御筆簡帖)』은 정조(正祖, 1752~1800, 재위 1776~1800)가 세손(世孫) 시절에 외할아버지 홍봉한(洪鳳漢, 1713~1778)에게 보낸 39통의 편지첩이다. 편지를 보낸 시기는 1772년 6월 3일부터 12월 27일까지이다. 정조가 홍봉한에게 보낸 예찰 311폭과 예시(睿詩) 2폭, 어찰(御札) 15폭을 모두 합해 328폭에 달하는 글씨가 10첩이 남아 있는데 이 어찰첩이 그중의 하나이다. 세손시절의 정치행위와 저술과정, 학습의 내용, 그리고 외가와의 관계 등을 살피는데 매우 중요한 의의를 가지는 자료이다.(ko)
